TransfAIR

Transboundary instruments for harmonised air quality management.

Objective

The TransfAIR project aims to harmonise air pollution information in the border region of Flanders-Hauts-de-France and Wallonia. The three regions are joining forces to promote a better exchange and maximum harmonisation of air quality data (emissions, measurements, modelling and predictions). Common information and communication tools will be developed, as well as actions to actively involve citizens and put them at the centre of the air quality assessment, raise their awareness and encourage their involvement.
